A Letter from Our CEO, Sean Brady
Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026
As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable progress we’ve achieved, not just as a company, but as a community. This year brought challenges, but through creativity and resilience, we continued to evolve the membership experience in meaningful ways. At Cadmium, we’ve always believed that great technology should do more than just simplify processes; it should connect people, inspire learning, and spark growth. In 2025, that belief truly came to life across our entire ecosystem.
A Usability-First Mindset
In 2025, we set a clear priority: make Cadmium easier and more intuitive for everyone. We invested heavily in usability, simplicity, and thoughtful design so new users can dive right in with confidence, and long-time customers can continue to grow without friction. The result is a more seamless, people-first experience that reflects exactly how our technology should feel: smart, approachable, and empowering.
And we’re already seeing that work pay off. Elevate and EthosCE saw strong momentum, including a continued rise in live webinars and an 80% & 50% increase in learner logins respectively. Eventscribe also grew its event volume, despite organizations navigating macro pressures and administrative shifts that limited in-person networking and learning.
Engagement Across the Ecosystem
This year, we wanted to truly show up and engage across the industry. From PCMA Convening Leaders to the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition and countless regional events, we did more than just attend; we listened, learned, and joined the conversations that matter most to our community. That commitment to meaningful engagement not only strengthened our partnerships but also earned us some incredible recognition along the way. We were honored to receive ASAE’s 2nd Place Best in Show Booth, the EdTech Cool Tool Award for Elevate, and the EdTech Leadership Award for Raja Venkata, alongside multiple Talented Learning honors for both our Elevate and EthosCE platforms.
Thought Leadership and Education
We’ve always believed that being a true partner means offering more than just software; it means providing the insights you need to make smarter business and technology decisions. This year, we deepened that commitment to knowledge sharing, not only through our Industry Insights blog and webinars but by taking the stage to lead the conversations that matter most. From exploring Generative AI at the Alliance Annual Conference to discussing how to bridge the gap between events and education at ASAE and PCMA, we focused on tackling the industry's biggest challenges head-on. It’s all part of our mission to ensure our customers succeed long after the platform is launched.
Human Connection and Culture
At the heart of everything we do is human connection. Behind every customer and partner success story is the dedication of our people. The Cadmium team inspires me every day with their creativity, curiosity, and commitment to our mission. Whether they’re innovating behind the scenes, engaging at events, or sharing insights with our community, their passion fuels Cadmium’s culture of authenticity and collaboration. This has been the legacy of Cadmium from the beginning, and it is what continues to drive our growth and success.
2026: Centralized Networking & Learning Journeys
Looking ahead, we see 2026 as the definitive year of Networking and Learning Journeys. Our focus is squarely on helping you deliver greater value by meeting your members exactly where they choose to connect and learn. To make this happen, Cadmium is evolving beyond a simple suite of products into a centralized, connected ecosystem.
We’re building a space where networking, learning, and engagement come together seamlessly, empowering events and learning professionals to do their absolute best work. I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities this evolution brings. Thank you to our customers, partners, and team for your continued trust and collaboration, here’s to another year of connection, innovation, and shared success.
