The Challenge:  SNEB needed to run a national conference with limited resources and too many disconnected tools.

For the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB), preparing their annual conference has historically meant juggling multiple systems such as separate platforms for abstract submissions, program scheduling, spreadsheets, and a standalone mobile app. With a small staff, this patchwork created constant duplication of effort, communication bottlenecks, and high risk for errors.
