Refund Policy for Cadmium Pay
Cadmium provides technology solutions, including Cadmium Pay, a payment service that enables Cadmium customers to accept payments directly through their own merchant accounts provisioned via Worldpay.
Cadmium is not a party to any transactions conducted using Cadmium Pay. We do not collect or hold payment funds, and we do not offer or process refunds for any purchases made through our platform.
Refunds, chargebacks, and related inquiries are managed directly by Cadmium customers. Each organization using Cadmium’s software is solely responsible for establishing and communicating its own refund and cancellation policies. These policies are presented to and agreed upon by purchasers at the time of payment within the Cadmium application.
